Pastor Dave as he is fondly called by his congregation and associates, is the founding President and Senior Pastor of Word of Hope, one of the largest born again, evangelical churches in the Philippines today; with 45 satellite churches, 7,000+ Life Groups and a total of 79 services on any given Sunday, planted in Metro Manila and the suburbs.

Through his leadership, the church was able to establish HOPE GENERAL HOSPITAL, HOPE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, HOPE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE and PARADISE PRAYER GARDEN - a venue for retreats, summer camps, weddings, team building, sports and recreation. Recently, another dream was realized by the establishment of HOPE INC., a microfinance enterprise that will help empower the urban poor through job and livelihood opportunities.

He and his wife, Lydia has three grown up children --- Dexter Mark, Janelle Pearl and David Glen. They are enjoying life as grandparents to five beautiful and handsome grandchildren.
